Bea Cukai Kepri Online (BeKeN)

Dalam rangka keterbukaan informasi publik terkait laporan dan atau kegiatan yang telah dilaksanakan oleh instansi pemerintah dalam hal ini pada Kanwil DJBC Khusus Kepri dan satuan kerja dibawahnya yaitu KPPBC TMP B Tanjungpinang, KPPBC TMP B Tanjung Balai Karimun dan Pangkalan Sarana Operasi Tipe B Tanjung Balai Karimun maka dibuatlah Aplikasi Mobile yang User Friendly dan mudah digunakan bagi siapa saja.

Aplikasi Bea Cukai Kepri Online atau disingkat "BeKeN" memberikan kemudahan kepada para pengguna jasa untuk mendapatkan informasi dan melakukan interaksi dengan Bea Cukai Kepri.

Fitur-fitur yang terdapat dalam aplikasi ini yaitu :

#Laporan Realisasi Penerimaan Negara dari Bea Masuk, Cukai, Bea Keluar dan Pajak Dalam Rangka Impor. Fitur ini disertai Grafis Bar Chart dan Pie Chart semudah dengan menyentuh tombol.

# Konten berita berupa running text tentang kegiatan-kegiatan yang sudah dilakukan dengan fitur Real Time.

# Akses untuk melihat konten Foto/Video kegiatan yang dilakukan Kanwil DJBC Khusus Kepri dan Satker dibawahnya

# Konten E-Book berisi file-file tentang aturan dan tata laksana kepabeanan dan cukai serta fasilitas kepabeanan.

# Konten Kalkulator Pabean. Dimana dapat mealkukan simulasi berapa BM dan PDRI yang harus dibayar.

# Konten survei pengguna jasa interaktif. Dimana pengguna jasa dapat seketika mendapatkan respon berupa email balasan sesaat survey dikirim.

# Konten sarana untuk memberikan saran, kritik, dan pengaduan/informasi masyarakat.

# Tombol akses ke semua media sosial DJBC RI, Kanwil DJBC Khusus Kepri dan Satker dibawahnya.
